Bodyworks Physiotherapy & Pilates Studio endeavours to holds small group classes of up to four people. If you have never done pilates previously or have a specific injury or condition you will be required to have an Assement and an introductory session prior to commencing classes. This will allow a program specifically designed for your movement bias to be established and for you to become familiar with the equipment we use and to understand better the principles of pilates. Classes run for 50 minutes and use a combination of state of the art reformers, trapeze table as well as mat exercises using swiss balls, rollers, wobble boards, bosu balls, pilates rings which will ensure every part of your body is targeted. The small classes ensure the physiotherapist taking the session can emphasise great technique and give individual attention to all participants.
